3rd country Shipping Service
Unless the delivery from South Korea, the 3rd country delivery service will shorten the cost and time to reach the destination country directly. Customer can make the payment from Korea, available tracking and the invoice and custom clearance charges will be sent to customer.
Worldwide Shipping Service
Document parcel and small parcel to worldwide outside of the DOORA Delivery service will be arranged through global business partners called DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS and OCS with promotion rates.
Caution Items
Dangerous Goods (DG) such as inflammable items as ink, paint, bond and chemical substances which are harmful to the human body cannot send through courier service.
To those items should be processed by DG Cargo Service as International Express Service won’t be available.
High Value items or Electronic products (computers, smart phones and cameras, etc.) may be imposed taxes on custom clearance process.
In case of flight delay under certain circumstances or natural disasters which leads to late delivery, DOORA Logistics will be exempted from the responsibility.
